&lt;p&gt;Through the Journey Project, the Community Network builds upon nearly two decades of work advocating for quality, affordable neighborhood-based long-term care. Educational programming, strategic planning services, and publications offered draw upon a variety of perspectives representing the personal and professional experiences of those involved.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The basic premise of Journey Project is that wellness through the ending of life requires:&lt;/p&gt;

 <title>Life Review, Grief &amp; Loss, Ritual &amp; Ceremony</title>

 <description>This three hour workshop teaches people about bringing closure and peace of mind to the dying, their care-givers, family and friends. Upon completion of this workshop participants should understand: (1) the value, importance and techniques of life review; (2) the feelings of grief and loss and how to move through the process; (3) the value and importance of ritual &amp; ceremony including creative approaches; and (4) resources of value to assist along the way.</description>
